How do I enroll in auto-pay?

Navigate to Billing → Wallet, add a preferred payment method, and toggle Auto-Pay to On. You’ll see the status badge update immediately.

What happens when my insurance expires?

You’ll receive dashboard and email reminders 30 days before expiration. Upload the new document in Documents → Required Items to avoid access issues.

Where can I find arrival instructions?

Open Reservations → Upcoming stays, then expand the reservation card. Dockside notes include gate codes, radio channels, and fuel dock hours.

Who do I contact for urgent issues?

Use the contact module on your dashboard to call or email the dockmaster. For app assistance, use the options below to reach Atlantis support directly.
