When an account moves past the configured window, both the physical Atlantis Smart Boat Lift Controller and the Atlantis Control app ignore lift inputs until invoices are resolved or staff override access.
Configurable grace periods
Set property-specific rules for how long a tenant can stay past due. Once the threshold hits, the lift's controls are disabled remotely and the tenant's Atlantis Control app shows a payment reminder instead of lift buttons.
Instant pay restore
Atlantis issues branded Instant Pay links to delinquent accounts, so tenants can resolve invoices immediately. Once the payment clears, lift and camera access resume automatically without dockmaster intervention.
